Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Wellstead platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Subscription Services

Wellstead offers subscription-based home maintenance services at various plan tiers. Each plan includes specific features as described on our Plans page. All subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time without penalty.

Subscription pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price changes take effect.

3. Service Providers

Wellstead connects members with vetted, licensed, and insured service professionals. While we maintain strict quality standards and conduct background checks, service providers may include both Wellstead employees and independent contractors. Wellstead stands behind all work performed through the platform.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

All services performed through Wellstead are covered by our satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of work, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange for corrective service at no additional cost.

5. Loyalty Rewards

Wellstead Rewards points are earned as described in our Rewards program. Points have no cash value and are not transferable. Wellstead reserves the right to modify the rewards program with 30 days' notice to members.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your member dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial months are not provided. Any unused Rewards points will expire 90 days after cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wellstead's liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the total subscription fees paid by the member in the 12 months preceding the claim. Wellstead is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
