Property & System Data
During your property profile setup and first quarterly wellness visit, we collect detailed information about your property's systems, including HVAC models, water heater specifications, and other equipment details. This data is used exclusively to create your custom maintenance plan and generate accurate work orders for your technician.
Loyalty & Rewards Data
We track loyalty point balances, transaction history, tier status, and redemption records to provide your rewards experience. This includes points earned from subscriptions, services, referrals, and reviews. Loyalty data is retained for the duration of your membership and for 90 days following cancellation, after which unredeemed points expire.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest. Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel who need it to perform their duties.
Service Technicians
