You'll walk through a quick property profile — home size, HVAC systems, water heater type, access details. Takes about 3 minutes. We use this to prepare your first visit. Your technician arrives within two weeks, confirms everything you entered, takes system photos, and runs your first quarterly wellness checklist. After that, you're on autopilot.
Core members get a 16-point inspection: HVAC filter swap, thermostat check, smoke/CO battery test, plumbing leak check, water heater inspection, and more. Complete members get a 24-point inspection that adds appliance checks (fridge water filter, washer hoses, dishwasher filter), light bulb replacement, and expanded safety testing. Your first visit also includes a full system inventory where your tech verifies and photographs every system. Every visit generates a Home Health Report with before/after photos.
Home warranties react after something breaks. Wellstead prevents things from breaking in the first place. Your dedicated technician visits quarterly to inspect, maintain, and replace consumables across every system in your home. Problems get caught at $50 fixes — not $3,000 emergencies. And unlike warranties, there are no deductibles, no claim denials, and no waiting weeks for a repair.
You can pause your membership for 30 or 60 days, once per calendar year. You must be an active member for at least 3 months before your first pause. During the pause, your loyalty points are frozen — they won't expire, but you won't earn new ones. Your membership resumes automatically at the end of the pause period.
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Give us 30 days' notice and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. No cancellation fees, no hassle. Your loyalty points survive for 90 days after cancellation — if you resubscribe within that window, your balance is fully restored.
Wellstead covers proactive care and consumables — everything your quarterly wellness visit handles. Repairs, licensed trade work (electrical, plumbing, roofing), and installations are not included in your subscription. However, these are available as add-on services at exclusive member prices — typically 15–25% below market rate. Your technician can identify needs during wellness visits and schedule them seamlessly.
You earn points on everything. Core members earn 100 points/month (1x), Complete members earn 150/month (1.5x). You also earn 5–10 points on every service purchase, 1,000 points for every referral that converts, and 50 points for leaving a review. Points redeem for real services — not coupons. A dryer vent cleaning, a gutter flush, a seasonal package. Points expire 90 days after cancellation but freeze if you pause.
